"Healthy" foods are highly subjective. A food that is anti-inflammatory for one person can be a severe trigger for someone with specific enzymatic or microbial imbalances.
FODMAPs
Fermentable carbohydrates that bacteria rapidly consume, producing gas. Found in onions, garlic, wheat, apples, and beans.

A biogenic amine found in aged, fermented, or leftover foods (cheese, wine, sauerkraut, leftovers). Triggers systemic symptoms if the DAO enzyme is deficient.

Compounds found in spinach, almonds, and dark chocolate. Can cause joint pain or kidney stones in susceptible individuals lacking oxalate-degrading bacteria.
